Precedent Hospitality and Property Management is the full-service property management company for Venetian Pointe. Precedent is paid to provide personalized service to high-end properties and communities like ours, and they understand that the operation of our Homeowners Association directly impacts our personal quality of life. In February of 2024, Precedent assigned Lisa Bowser as our dedicated Property Manager so she can provide needed services. Homeowners are encouraged to submit "Work Orders" through our association's Password-Protected Portal for Homeowners before contacting Precedent.
