Homeowners at Venetian Pointe enjoy living in a world-class community with a low-fee lifestyle. Our HOA fees are some of the lowest in the region thanks to the hard work of our resident volunteers who donate their time and talents for the betterment of our community.
The Venetian Pointe Board of Directors consists of no more than five voting directors, who are each volunteer homeowners. Our board's purpose is to provide strategic leadership on behalf of the community; oversee contracted service providers; and help ensure adherence to and compliance with our budget, bylaws, and statutes.
Homeowners in our community also volunteer to serve on Committees. Click HERE to learn more about our current Committees, and please send a message to the Board President below if you're interested in volunteering.
The mission of our Board of Directors is to serve Venetian Pointe homeowners and their families, to protect and enhance our property, and to provide value to our community.
Our vision is to improve our community by fostering neighborhood pride, encouraging cooperation, and promoting harmony among our homeowners.
Our community values include respecting each other and the diverse needs of our families, encouraging participation and volunteerism, operating in a professional manner, and advocating for the interests of the community.
